Vacancy – 30Nos. ( Exp : 0 - 4 Years ) in VMC Machine Shop

Job Location: Coimbatore

Looking For CNC / VMC Machine Operator with 0-1 years (Fresher’s first preferred - MALE) for our Machine shop.

Required Experience and Qualifications.

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or relevant trade
• Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC machining preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines as per instructions
• Load and unload components safely
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and process sheets
• Perform basic machine setup under supervision
• Measure components using vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
• Ensure quality of machined parts as per specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of machine and work area
• Follow safety rules and company policies
• Report machine issues or deviations to supervisor
• Meet daily production targets

Training Provided:

• VMC machine operation and safety
• Tool handling and component inspection
• Introduction to CNC programming and offsets

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of machining processes
• Ability to read engineering drawings (basic level)
• Willingness to learn CNC programming concepts
• Good attitude and teamwork skills
• Physically fit for shop-floor work

Working Conditions:

• Shop-floor environment
• Rotational shifts (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
