Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive to handle customer collections, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain good customer relationships for chit fund operations.
- Key Responsibilities Collect monthly chit installments from customers
- Follow up with pending and overdue customers through calls and visits
- Maintain daily collection records and payment updates
- Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with branch staff and accounts team
- Achieve monthly, Daily , Weekly collection
- Handle customer queries regarding payment dues and chit details
- Prepare collection reports and submit to management
- Ensure timely deposit of collected amounts
