Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
  • Generate bills and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Maintain the sales counter and ensure products are displayed neatly.
  • Monitor stock availability and inform the concerned team about low inventory.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for product availability.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain daily sales records and prepare basic reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to showroom sales.
  • Follow up with customers whenever required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of the showroom and counter area.
  • Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • QualificationAny Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.
