Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Laptop Sales Executive to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to understand customer requirements to recommend the most suitable laptop products and accessories.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their laptop requirements.
  • Demonstrate laptop features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
  • Recommend suitable laptops and accessories based on customer needs and budget.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Explain product warranties, EMI options, exchange offers, and promotional schemes.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
  • Keep up to date with the latest laptop models, specifications, and market trends.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
