- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues within complex software environments.
- Ability to work with various development tools and platforms to support application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development, including version control and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
