The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures alignment with project goals, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data modeling, security configurations, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during software development and deployment.
