Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
- Strong knowledge of data migration strategies and best practices within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience in managing and optimizing master data processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures tailored to complex business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to support seamless data flow across systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.
