Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat support.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns.
- Prepare customer interaction reports and support documentation.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
Location:Ganapathy, Coimbatore
