Role
Summary: The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and converting prospects into projects.
Key
Responsibilities1. Data Sourcing & Management
Identify and collect contact details of business owners and decision-makers
Use platforms like LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Justdial, and other directories
Maintain and update database
2. Lead Generation
Build relationships with influencers/associates (CAs, CS, consultants, OEMs, etc.)
Perform cold calling and outreach
Execute email and social media campaigns (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Deliver presentations to potential associates
3. Lead Conversion
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
Provide proposals/estimates and explain service approach
Convert leads into projects and collect advance payments
Release work orders and achieve sales targets
4. Skill Development
Enhance negotiation and service knowledge
Progress towards Customer Relationship Manager role
Reporting
