Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Telecaller to work closely with top management, handling high-value B2B sales leads for our interactive flat panels.
- This role requires an experienced, proactive, and polished communicator who can engage decision-makers, schedule meetings, and support sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-level B2B telecalls with dealers, school administrators, principals, and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of conversations, leads, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on lead progress and market insights.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B tele calling /sales, preferably in EdTech, IT, or educational solutions.
- Proven track record of engaging senior decision-makers and closing appointments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
