Job Description
Position Overview:
Sri Kovai Bhairavaa Motocrafts is looking for a proactive & customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions & maintain strong relationships with customers at our Vespa & Aprilia showroom. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining lead data, coordinating follow-ups & ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery & after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
v Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, messages, & walk-ins.
v Record & update customer details and lead information in the CRM system.
v Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups & test ride scheduling.
v Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to support sales conversions.
v Contact customers after vehicle delivery to collect feedback on their buying experience. Ensure customer satisfaction & address any concerns.
v Send reminders for vehicle servicing, offers & promotional campaigns.
v Maintain organized records of customer interactions & update lead status regularly.
v Support the showroom team in managing customer appointments & inquiries.
v Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction & maintain positive relationships with customers.
