Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will handle customer support along with field responsibilities like gadget pickup and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and direct interaction
- Coordinate with service team for repair updates
- Perform pickup and delivery of mobile phones, laptops, and other gadgets
- Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of devices
- Maintain proper records of collected and delivered items
- Provide basic customer support at the time of pickup/delivery
Requirements:
- Male candidates preferred (due to field work nature)
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile/laptop handling is an advantage
- Responsible and punctual
