Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will handle customer support along with field responsibilities like gadget pickup and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and direct interaction
• Coordinate with service team for repair updates
• Perform pickup and delivery of mobile phones, laptops, and other gadgets
• Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of devices
• Maintain proper records of collected and delivered items
• Provide basic customer support at the time of pickup/delivery

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred (due to field work nature)
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of mobile/laptop handling is an advantage
• Responsible and punctual
