Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our organic store. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and promoting organic and eco-friendly products.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in selecting organic food, wellness, and eco-friendly products
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and organic certifications
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock organization
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are properly labeled
- Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock accordingly
- Assist in receiving and checking inventory deliveries
- Promote in-store offers, discounts, and new arrivals
- Follow store policies and hygiene/safety standards
- Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest or basic knowledge of organic, natural, and sustainable products
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer/POS system knowledge
