Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Associate with around 6 months of experience to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and promoting organic and healthy products in line with The Organic World’s mission.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable organic products
- Provide basic product knowledge on organic, natural, and healthy items
- Sales & Store OperationsAchieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Assist in billing, POS handling, and cash transactions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket value
- Inventory ManagementRestock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In First Out)
- Assist in stock counts and inventory checks
- Store MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store
- Ensure proper product placement according to merchandising guidelines
- Follow company policies and SOPs
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months experience in retail / supermarket / grocery store
