Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, explain laptop service solutions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of laptops/computers.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesAttend customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries
- Explain laptop repair and chip-level service solutions to customers
- Handle service updates and follow-ups professionally
- Coordinate with technicians regarding repair status
- Maintain customer records and service details
- Support sales of used/refurbished laptops and accessories
- Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Generate quotations, invoices, and service reports when required
- Promote company offers and services through social media/chat support
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Friendly and professional behavior
- Basic computer and laptop knowledge
- MS Office and WhatsApp handling knowledge
- Ability to convince and guide customers properly
- Teamwork and multitasking ability
