Deputy General Manager – Administration
Job Summary:
Rresponsible for ensuring smooth, standardized campus operations across administration, common services, security, compliance, estate management, IT coordination, CSR support, and employee welfare.
Common Services: Streamlining shared services to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience including transportation service.
Administration: Ensuring consistent implementation of administrative processes and support mechanisms across all locations. Lead and guide administrative staff across functions.
Security: Reviewing security arrangements to maintain a safe and secure workplace environment for all employees and ensure asset security management.
Statutory & Internal Compliances: Ensuring all welfare-related facilities comply with statutory requirements and internal policies.
IT Services: Coordinate with IT Dept. to support uniform availability of essential IT infrastructure and user services across the campus .
Estate & Facility Management: Maintaining campus infrastructure, cleanliness, utilities, and overall workplace upkeep including gardening and landscaping activities.
CSR: Aligning welfare-related initiatives with CSR objectives wherever permissible. Industrial Relations: Ensuring welfare measures effectively support employee relations and contribute to a positive work environment.
