Job Description
The candidate should have strong knowledge in mechanical design, hydraulic systems, fabrication drawings, BOM preparation, and general structural analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design customised hydraulic equipments.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM.
- Perform structural analysis, load calculation, and strength calculation.
- Select suitable materials, hydraulic cylinders, power packs, motors, valves, and bought-out items.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and sales teams.
- Support manufacturing with technical drawings and design clarifications.
- Improve existing designs for safety, performance, and cost efficiency.
Required Skills:
AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Inventor preferred, hydraulic systems, fabrication knowledge, structural analysis, BOM, and manufacturing drawings.
