Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.
  • Install and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
  • Manage user accounts, email configuration, and password resets.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for warranty and repair services.
  • Maintain service reports and update support tickets.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues as per SLA.


Required Skills


  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations when required.


Qualification


Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
