Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to join our team. Freshers with good computer knowledge and an interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Run and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Process orders through the WooCommerce website.
• Manage shipment bookings and order tracking using Shiprocket.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock availability.
• Perform product quality checks before dispatch.
• Assist in product packing and order fulfillment when required.
• Update sales records and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Willingness to learn Digital Marketing and E-Commerce operations.
• Ability to multitask and work responsibly.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Age below 25 years preferred.
