Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

Vision India Insurance is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to manage the company’s digital presence and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Video Editing, SEO, and digital branding strategies to improve online visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Social Media Management (SMM)

· Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Plan and schedule daily/weekly content.

· Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

· Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages/comments.

· Track social media growth and engagement metrics.

Video Editing & Content Creation

· Edit marketing videos, reels, and promotional content.

· Create short-form and long-form video content for social media.

· Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign creatives.

· Ensure professional branding and visual consistency across all content.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

· Optimize website content for search engine visibility.

· Perform keyword research and SEO analysis.

· Improve organic traffic and search rankings.

· Monitor website performance using SEO tools.

· Coordinate blog and content optimization strategies.

Branding & Digital Presence

· Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

· Develop creative marketing campaigns and awareness content.

· Support online promotions and branding activities.

· Improve overall online presence and visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

· Track and analyse social media performance, website traffic, SEO performance, and engagement metrics.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

· Suggest improvements based on campaign insights.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM).

· Experience in Video Editing tools.

· Good understanding of SEO concepts.

· Creativity in content planning and branding.

· Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing trends.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.

· Experience in digital marketing or content creation preferred.

· Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

·1–3 Years preferred.
