Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to ensure that high-impact activities are executed effectively, while also offering strategic advice to enhance the overall information technology function. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, contributing to the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology strategies with business objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
- Experience in analyzing system requirements and translating them into effective technical designs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP for Retail environments.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
