Responsibilities : Scouting potential clients for property management.

* Financial Management: Collecting rent, managing budgets, and providing detailed financial reports to the owner.
* Vendor Management: Hiring and supervising contractors, cleaners, and landscaping crews for ongoing upkeep.
* Conflict Resolution: Addressing owner/tenant complaints, enforcing community rules, and managing the eviction process if necessary.
* Marketing: Advertising vacant units to minimize turnover and maximize occupancy rates.
