Job Description
- Service EngineerKey Responsibilities
- 1. Service Operations Management
- ● Manage daily service operations including installations, service calls, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and warranty support.
- ● Ensure timely scheduling and execution of all service assignments as per SLA commitments.
- ● Diagnose technical issues and provide effective, lasting resolutions.
- 2. Documentation & Reporting
- ● Maintain accurate technical reports, job cards, invoices, and all related documentation — both manual and digital.
- ● Submit monthly performance and service reports on time to the department head.
- ● Ensure completeness and accuracy of all service records for audit and reference purposes.
- 3. Customer Coordination
- ● Handle end-to-end customer coordination including obtaining approvals, managing invoicing, and conducting payment follow-ups.
- ● Arrange spare parts as required and communicate timelines clearly to customers.
- ● Maintain a professional and responsive approach to all customer interactions.
- 4. Workplace Standards
- ● Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at the workplace.
- ● Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- 5. Reporting & Accountability
- ● Report to the respective Department Head on all service activities, escalations, and key metrics.
- ● Flag unresolved issues and escalate complex cases with appropriate documentation.
