Job Description
Meet with patients to explain costs related to fertility treatments including IVF, IUI, egg freezing, donor programs, medications, and laboratory services.
Provide detailed financial estimates and treatment package information.
Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage limitations, exclusions, and out-of-pocket expenses.
Assist patients with payment plans, EMI options, financing programs, and reimbursement documentation.
Coordinate with billing, insurance, and clinical departments to ensure accurate patient financial records.
Counsel patients on available grants, discount programs, or employer fertility benefits where applicable.
Maintain confidentiality of patient financial and medical information.
Follow up on pending payments, approvals, and insurance claims.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance regulations, and applicable healthcare laws.
Maintain accurate documentation in the hospital/clinic management system.
Support front office and patient experience initiatives when required.
