Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Front Office Executive responsible for managing walk-in students and converting enquiries into admissions. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for students and parents, providing course guidance and ensuring a high conversion ratio.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Attend walk-in enquiries and explain courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle reception activities professionally.
- Welcome visitors and maintain positive first impressions.
- Manage incoming calls and online enquiries.
- Regular follow-ups with pending prospects.
- Maintain daily enquiry & conversion reports.
