Job Description
Yaadhum International Technologies is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage enquiries, admissions support, and front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and website leads.
- Provide complete information about courses, fees, schedules, and placement support.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and student information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the counselling, training, and placement teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Assist with admission documentation, fee collection follow-ups, and receipt generation.
- Maintain the front office, reception area, and visitor registers.
- Support daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with students throughout their learning journey.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in reception, customer support, education counselling, or front office operations is preferred.
