Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests to the appropriate staff or department while maintaining visitor logs.
- Communication Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, take accurate messages, and route calls to the right personnel.
- Correspondence & Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails, couriers, and packages while managing outgoing dispatches.
- Office Administration: Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and restock office stationery and pantry supplies while operating standard office equipment (printers, copiers, EPABX systems).
- Basic Record Keeping: Assist with document filing, managing databases, and performing light bookkeeping or billing tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is typically preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office management software.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and proper telephone etiquette.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, customer-oriented attitude with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
