Job Description
📌 Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller – LoanShopie
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, and manage the front desk.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, explain loan products.
- Generate leads, follow up, and schedule appointments.
- Support documentation, data entry, and office coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma, 0–2 years experience.
- Strong communication (Tamil, English; Hindi a plus).
- Basic computer skills, customer-focused attitude.
