Cinema Guest Service Provider – Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Guest Service Provider
Industry: Cinema / Multiplex
Location: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Guest Service Providers for our cinema operations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting guests, maintaining theatre standards, and ensuring a smooth guest experience throughout the cinema premises.
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Guide customers regarding movie timings, screen locations, and seat availability.
Check and verify tickets at entry points.
Support guests with online booking queries and ticket-related concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in lobby, screens, and public areas.
Assist in crowd management during peak hours and movie intervals.
Coordinate with housekeeping and technical teams for smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and food & beverage combos.
Ensure proper queue management at ticket counters and snack counters.
Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
Provide support during special events, premieres, and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasing personality with customer service attitude
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
