Job Description
Contact potential customers through Social media and IndiaMART, and other lead sources.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections professionally.
Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales orders.
Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data.
Track lead status and prepare daily sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
