Job Title: HR Manager – FMCG Company @ Coimbatore

Salary: Rs 30000/ PM to Rs50,000/PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, and performance reviews.
• Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory labor laws and regulations, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable compliances.
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Generate HR reports, analyze workforce data, and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions, payroll, PMS, and statutory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, dashboards, charts, data validation, conditional formatting, and basic automation/macros.
• Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
