HR Recruiter – Spinning Mill

Location: Tirupur

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Description: We are hiring an HR Recruiter for our spinning mill to manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring of factory and staff positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or textile recruitment and be capable of sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians, supervisors, staff, and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, campus drives, and local recruitment campaigns.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Issue offer letters and manage joining formalities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining.
• Build relationships with ITIs, colleges, consultants, and other hiring partners.
• Support HR documentation and other recruitment-related activities.
• Requirements: Graduate or MBA in HR/Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a spinning mill, textile, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
