Sr. HR Executive – Job Description (FM Industry)

Role Purpose

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple FM sites with focus on attendance, payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and onboarding.
• Ensure discipline, real-time HR data, and smooth coordination between Sites, Operations, and Accounts.

Payroll & Attendance

• Consolidate and validate site-wise attendance with Operations.
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll inputs to Accounts.
• Ensure timely salary processing, salary slips, and bank account activation.
• Track payroll errors, absenteeism, and overtime.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate hiring, joining formalities, and site mobilization.
• Complete joining documentation, employee code creation, and induction.
• Ensure HR readiness for new site go-live.

HR Operations & Employee Management

• Handle site HR coordination, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct site visits and employee engagement activities.
• Support client HR requirements at site level.

Compliance & Statutory

• Manage PF, ESI, PT, and labour compliance data.
• Maintain statutory registers, muster rolls, and audit records.
• Support compliance filings and audits.

HR Data & MIS

• Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and F&F documentation.
• Prepare HR MIS (headcount, attrition, payroll variance).
• Track manpower vs billing, absenteeism, and replacements.

Key Skills

• Strong experience in FM / Facility Management HR operations
• Payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA)
• HRMS handling and advanced Excel
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
