Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team at Smart Global Solutions, Coimbatore. You will support day-to-day HR operations and play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases accurately
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts team
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream); HR/MBA preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
• Basic English communication skills required
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Candidates residing in or willing to commute within Coimbatore

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
