Legal Opinion :
- Property title verification
Legal Drafting :
- Prepare legal reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Documentation :
- Knowledge about Loan documentation, Handling, Vetting, Audit
Legal Notice :
- Recovery notices like reminder notice, demand notice, possession notice
Contract Drafting :
- Draft & review contracts
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI & other regulations
- Collaborate with business teams on contract negotiations
- Maintain contract documentation & track obligations
Agreement Drafting :
- Maintain agreement with vendors
Proficiency in Labour & Consumer Laws, DRT(Dead Recovery Tribunal)
Case Filing :
- Co-ordinating with external advocates
