Legal Opinion :

  • Property title verification

Legal Drafting :

  • Prepare legal reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Documentation :

  • Knowledge about Loan documentation, Handling, Vetting, Audit

Legal Notice :

  • Recovery notices like reminder notice, demand notice, possession notice

Contract Drafting :

  • Draft & review contracts
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI & other regulations
  • Collaborate with business teams on contract negotiations
  • Maintain contract documentation & track obligations

Agreement Drafting :

  • Maintain agreement with vendors

Proficiency in Labour & Consumer Laws, DRT(Dead Recovery Tribunal)

Case Filing :

  • Co-ordinating with external advocates
