Job Description
Reliance Jio Hiring Interns we are offering internship opportunities for students under the Prime Minister Internship Scheme: a government initiative in India aimed at giving young people practical work experience through internships, mainly in industries and organizations, which helps in improving employability by helping students and freshers gain real-world skills and hands-on training.
Internship Details: • Duration: 6 months • Stipend: ₹11,000 per month • Immediate joining preferred
Eligibility Criteria: • Age: 18 to 25 years
• JP Sales Intern: Minimum 12th pass JD: Manage store operations, hygiene, and SOP compliance Handle walk-in customers, SIM services, and basic queries Drive sales through product demos and service conversions Support after-sales service and issue resolution
• Jio Home Service Intern: ITI / Polytechnic / Engineering JD: Installations and activations of Jio Fiber connections. Handling customer complaints and resolving them within stipulated timelines. Support repairs and spares tracking Ensuring adherence to safety protocols during all operations.
