Jr.Engineer - IT MES

1?? Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) across the plant.

2?? Ensure seamless integration between MES, ERP, PLM, and shopfloor machines (SMT, testing, rework, etc.).

3?? Maintain real-time production tracking, traceability, and data accuracy in MES.

4?? Ensure system uptime and quick resolution of MES-related issues to avoid production disruption.

5?? Manage user access control, data security, and system backups.

6?? Support barcode/RFID systems, shopfloor terminals, and machine connectivity (IoT/Industry 4.0).

7?? Develop and monitor dashboards for OEE, rejection, rework, WIP, and productivity.

8?? Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for process digitalization.

9?? Lead MES validation, version upgrades, and change management activities.

? Drive smart factory initiatives like paperless manufacturing, real-time analytics, and automated reporting.
