Job SummaryThe Junior Site Engineer is responsible for assisting in the execution, supervision, and monitoring of construction activities at the project site. The role involves coordinating with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and consultants to ensure quality work, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities·        Assist in day-to-day site execution activities.

·        Supervise construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.

·        Monitor manpower productivity and work progress.

·        Ensure proper usage of materials at site.

·        Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth workflow.

·        Check quality of ongoing works as per company standards.

·        Ensure work is executed according to structural and architectural drawings.

·        Report quality issues to senior engineers immediately.

·        Maintain site inspection records and checklists.

·        Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.

·        Follow project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

·        Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.

·        Support billing measurements and quantity verification.

·        Ensure safety procedures are followed at site.

·        Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions.

·        Maintain site registers and work records.

·        Update DPR (Daily Progress Report).

·        Keep records of material receipt and consumption.

Required Qualifications·        Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

·        Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in construction industry

Required Skills·        Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution

·        Understanding of drawings and measurements

·        Good communication and coordination skills

·        Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience·        Residential / Commercial building project experience preferred
