Job Description

Qualification: ACS


Mandatory: Experience should have at least 2yrs in Finance/ any banking background


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, monitor & utilize cash flow statements to optimize fund utilization & support operational requirements
  • Draft precise & complaint resolutions
  • Ensure quorum & statutary for committee meetings
  • Lead and manage GST & TDS Compliance, including accurate computation, timely filing & regulatory adherence
  • Handling auditors and co ordinate with consultants to ensure timely compliance and reporting
  • Lead the company secretarial & compliance functions with a focus on process improvement
  • Manage and support smooth completion of regulatory audits provide regulatory inputs to the Treasury team on fund mobilization initiatives
