Operation Incharge

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Operations In Charge (Night Shift) to manage, monitor, and streamline our night operations at the Kulathur facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of inventory, allocation, and dispatch activities while maintaining adherence to company SOPs and operational excellence standards. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Reconciliation

• Conduct opening stock-taking, material inward noting, and closing stock-taking daily.

• Perform thorough reconciliation between system-reported stock and actual physical stock.

• Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective measures to ensure inventory accuracy.

2. Material Allocation

• Supervise accurate material allocation to customer orders in line with the SOPs defined by management.

• Monitor pick and pack processes to ensure minimal errors and high operational efficiency.

3. Dispatch & Logistics

• Supervise accurate loading of material as per order data, ensuring correct product and quantity.

• Oversee and ensure on-time dispatches in compliance with company SOPs.

• Address and resolve last-minute operational bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Monitor on-time arrival of vehicles. Problem solve and take corrective action in case of discrepancy

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related fields (preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations (experience in FMCG/food supply chain preferred).

• Ability to manage and motivate a team during night operations.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, WMS/ERP systems, and order management tools.

• Willingness to work in night shifts.
