Kesar Catering, Coimbatore is hiring a Catering Event Supervisor / F&B Supervisor to manage and supervise catering events professionally.

The supervisor will be responsible for managing event service, staff allocation, food counters, guest coordination, hygiene, timing, loading/unloading, and smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise catering staff during events
• Allocate staff to food counters and service areas
• Coordinate with guests, clients, chefs, and management
• Ensure food counters are clean, neat, and properly arranged
• Maintain hygiene and service quality at the event
• Manage loading and unloading of catering materials
• Ensure timely setup, service, and closing of events
• Handle staff politely but strictly
• Travel for events when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in catering, hotel, banquet, restaurant, or F&B service
• Must be punctual, responsible, neat, and well-mannered
• Should be comfortable with late-night event work
• Tamil or Hindi preferred
• Basic English communication is a plus

Location:

Coimbatore, with travel for events when needed.
