Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Manage daily office procedures.
- Communication: Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain files, records, and databases (e.g., invoices, employee data).
- Inventory Control: Monitor and order office supplies and pantry stock.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage shifting priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Office.
