Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office activities and coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support HR activities (attendance, onboarding, basic coordination)
- Handle data entry and basic reporting work

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organizational and multitasking ability
