Summary:
As a Salesforce Tech Arch Manager, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required standards and effectively address user needs, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
a: Requirement understanding
b: High level design and solution work to stakeholders
c: Estimation
d: Ensure code and configuration is done to meet business process, security standards and application requirements
e: Ensure on time and quality delivery
f: Project Management - Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting, team management
g: Good work experience in implementing salesforce specific design patterns
h: Implemented best practices to manage large volume data

Professional & Technical Skills:
a Must have more than 6 years of Salesforce experience
b Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model with Solution Architect experience
d Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class
e Should drive greenfield implementations with architect inputs for SF Sales and Service cloud
Salesforce Tech Arch certification
Must have at least 4 Salesforce certifications

Educational Qualification
a BE/BTech/Bsc/ Other graduation
