Job Summary

SS Digital Magic is looking for a skilled and responsible Flex Banner Machine Operator to operate large-format digital printing machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in flex printing, machine handling, color management, and finishing work while maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate flex banner printing machines efficiently.

- Prepare print files and materials before production.

- Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and machine performance.

- Load and unload flex rolls safely.

- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.

- Meet daily production targets and delivery deadlines.

- Coordinate with the design and production teams.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

- Experience operating flex printing machines is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of RIP software and digital printing processes.

- Ability to identify and resolve minor machine issues.

- Willingness to work overtime and night shifts when required.

- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

- Physically fit to handle printing materials.
