Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves meticulously verifying that the solution meets the defined requirements and behaves as expected. This role includes designing detailed test cases, executing them carefully, and identifying any discrepancies or defects. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to ensure that the final product is reliable and ready for users. The position demands a thorough and methodical approach to testing, ensuring that every aspect of the solution is validated before release, contributing to the overall quality and success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adenza ControllerView.
- Strong analytical skills to design comprehensive manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking to ensure clear communication with development teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth delivery cycles.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensure thorough testing coverage and quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adenza ControllerView.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
