Quality Officer

Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to inspect LPG cylinders during bottling operations and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained. The candidate will be responsible for inspection activities, defect identification, record maintenance, and adherence to safety norms.

Key Responsibilities

* Inspect cylinders for leakage, weight accuracy, valve condition, and sealing quality

* Perform pre-fill and post-fill quality checks as per SOPs

* Identify and segregate defective cylinders

* Maintain inspection and testing records

* Conduct random quality audits during operations

* Ensure compliance with PESO and safety guidelines

* Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for issue resolution

Qualification & Experience

* ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field

* 1+ years of experience in quality inspection preferred

Knowledge of LPG cylinder safety standards and testing tools

Key Skills

* Attention to detail

* Inspection and documentation skills

* Knowledge of leak detection and weighing systems

* Basic understanding of industrial safety procedures
