Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Facility & Automation Design: Design and oversee the installation of automated systems within commercial properties, ensuring the infrastructure supports advanced technology like robotics labs or smart offices.
  • Strategic Asset Management: Provide data-driven advice on property acquisitions and developments, focusing on ROI through tech-driven facility upgrades.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Maintain and optimize specialized robotic equipment or drones used for property surveillance, inventory management, or industrial tasks.
  • Market & Feasibility Analysis: Conduct research to determine how emerging technologies (e.g., drone delivery hubs or AI-managed buildings) will impact local property values and rental yields.
  • Contract & Transaction Management: Manage the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions while ensuring technical specifications and safety standards are met.
  • Project Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams to integrate custom hardware solutions into existing physical spaces, ensuring a seamless blend of engineering and architecture.
