Kinergy Physio Clinic is looking for 2 Female candidates for the role of Telecaller / Front Office Administrator.

We are seeking friendly, professional, and organized candidates who can manage patient calls, appointments, and front desk operations efficiently.

Candidates with good communication skills and experience in customer handling or front office work are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

(Based on experience and skills)

Eligibility

✔ Minimum 1–2 years experience in Telecalling / Front Office / Reception

✔ Tamil and English fluency is mandatory

✔ Knowledge of additional languages will be given preference

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Basic computer knowledge preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls
• Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups
• Welcome and guide patients at the front desk
• Maintain patient records and basic administrative work
• Coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists for patient scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
