Job Description
As a Student Admission / Academic Counsellor at Veranda RACE, you act as the primary bridge between prospective students and competitive exam coaching programs (such as Banking, SSC, TNPSC, and Railways), guiding candidates through personalized career counseling while driving course enrollments. The role is target-driven, focusing on converting walk-ins and leads into registrations through strong persuasion, handling student inquiries, and managing CRM databases. The high-package potential comes from uncapped sales incentives and performance bonuses that can significantly double your earnings.
